2012 Trip for 6 months to 1 year?

It will be my first long bike trip although I've been to 40+ countries.
Open to any trip.
Looking for someone who enjoys nightlife and is energetic.
I'm in my 30's and from Vancouver.
Open to any suggestions.
Europe,Africa,South America,Asia?
