Visas in Africa readily available?
 

Hi there,
Im traveling through Africa soon and was wondering if all the visas are available in every country to go to the next? For example going from Ghana to Togo, can I get the visa then in Ghana at the embassy from Togo? Sometimes its only for residents for Ghana... And how is this for the rest of Africa?
