Do many of you write a blog when you go on trips? And particular host that you would recommend?

OK, I now see the Travel Stories, Blogs section.

Any recomendations as to where is best to register domain names? Or is much of a muchness? I have been recomended using 1and.co.uk by a few folks.

They're basically all the same, for most people's purposes. Go with a big name domain registrar who gives you a good price on whatever you want.

Yeah, so I've had two different traveling-blogs for my adventures. The first one I had was a standard free wordpress blog. But for my second blog I decided to try to become a bit more professional, so just like you I signed up to get my own topdomain and wordpress blog at 1&1. I've been happy since :)
