Those of us who have bought Touratech bits from Bracken will have dealt with the all-knowing, ever charming and endlessly helpful John Hill. John was at the Bracken rally in Wales on Saturday then went home to London on his 1100GS. He was in a collision with a car shortly before he got home, and died. John was a lovely bloke and probably one of the most popular people in the bike trade. His warmth, sense of humour and enthusiasm will be missed by many - especially his colleagues. Something to bear in mind next time you call Bracken.
