I've probably done it wrong, perhaps some biker can tell me what i should have done and what i can now do to sort it!- couple a years ago i took a job in the eu for a few years, moved furniture with me and my bike went on the removal van and since then has been off road and in storage with me. since it is not in the uk i hav'nt declared it off road.your comments please

You will have accrued some decent fines by now.

Suggest contact DVLA and fill in permanent export paperwork to send to them.

Register in the country of residence and all will be good.

Dunno whether or not you will have to pay the fines.....

Sorry mate but you will be screwed when you get home, there will a nice envolope waiting for you with a fine in it. doh
What you should have done is told DVLC that you were taking the bike off the road long term(SORN) then exported the bike in the truck.
I hope you still have the Uk number plate so that you can get a new MOT and insurenace and get it back on the road after you have told DVLC that is what you are doing.
If you still have your bike insured in your present country and it covers for the UK then why not use it until the insurance expires. might save you a few quid on speeding fines etc.
