Does anyone know where to purchase the standard fuel cannisters for the JetBoil stoves in Sao Paulo?

If you can't get them you can always refill yours from the cheap and simple butane canisters.
Refill adapters are cheap on ebay and I've been refilling my jetboil cylinders now for a couple of years.
