Ice Run - Sidecar help needed

I'd love to do the Ice Run in 2018 - The What — The Adventurists

Looking for sidecar lovers in the UK to meet/learn skills/ride off road with.

Also looking for a sidecar project to get up and running for Elephant rally at the end of January 2017.

Anyone up for having a chat/meet up/advice - I'd love to hear from you

Where are you, Marie?

I may be able to help. I have a registered enduro outfit which needs getting back on the road this winter. Since my daughter grew up (she was the passenger) it hasn't been used, so needs a fair bit of restoration. It is a KHR chassis with a Honda XR6250 electric start conversion.

Carb is away, must chase up to get it back. Engine should be OK, but needs to come out of frame, so that frame can be painted. Plastics need replacing and bike needs "prettying up."

I don't want to sell it, but might be willing to lend it to you, on terms such as "you break it - you mend it!". I live in Mid Wales. You would be welcome to visit to discuss options.
