Disposing of oil
 

I am about to start my trip (UK-Russia) in the next couple of days, I will be on a cg125 and need to change oil every week (2000 miles or so). Just wondering, how to people dispose of the old oil when they travel (i only have a litre of it anyway)?

Carry an old can (2.5 litre paint tin) with a few holes punched in the sides up high. put the oil in the can and set fire to it. Makes a good campfire.

Pretty much any kind of open top metal container will work.

Here i use it in my oil burning cooker (French equivalent of an Aga)
