Cameroon/Nigeria border closed
 

Hi there,

A friend and I are part-way through a trip from London to Kenya (via Zimbabwe) in an 80 series Landcruiser, currently in Accra.

A couple of days ago media reported that Cameroon closed all its borders to Nigeria. Is anyone in the know with this particular topic? Specifically, we would like to know if this is likely to be strictly upheld at the border and also if there's any intel on how long it might last. We are planning to be there in about two weeks (first week of Sept).

Appreciate any advice!
