Bill of Sale ONLY
 

I'd like to buy a bike from craigslist with ONLY a bill of sale. Reason listed is because bike was only intended for farm/trail. Will I be able to ship the bike from Washington DC to Ulaanbaatar? Air or sea? Please help.
