Hey everyone,
Just in case , there will be a confirmation votation on August 10th 2008 in Bolivia , where people will vote to confirm Evo Morales as a valid elected president. Rumours of a boicot and a possible major strike are growing....
I´ve been in Bolivia during political chaos and it´s a pain in the arse . Blocked roads , shortage of fuel and angry people all over.I´m not saying that this will happen , but if you can wait to see how things are going starting Aug 10th , would be wise.

I agree! I was there last Aug when things were brewing. There were not any blocked roads, but the wall graffiti AGAINST the president was quite vocal, especially in Santa Cruz. :eek3:

What is the latest on the provinces that wanted to break away? :helpsmilie:
