Not doable by foot if you dont get goverment support by ministry of foreign affairs and media support..

Our Turkish cyclist friend waited 1,5 years for the permission to cycle in s.arabia even there was presidential support beside him..

On the otherside,you will need to hire a pickup for you and iran military escorts between zahedan and bandar abbas port of iran..

If you are still keen on this trip:

1-visa procedures are different according to nationalities so better you visit and ask iran,united arab emirates,and saudi arabian embassies in your country..They also reply online if you present yourself and your target perfect with certificates,recommandation letters, media support,etc..

Very,very,very hard..wish (insallah) you can do...

When you say ON FOOT..Do you literally mean on foot not by public transport or hitch hiking?
If so do you know how long that will take?
I have met a guy back in 2013 in Mauritania who was doing a similar sort of thing going from Morocco to Saudi, but he was on a bicycle. I also met a couple who were going from UK to Gambia also on bicycles. A guy from Latvia was going all the way to South Africa by (on foot/public transport).
I think it will be very tough on foot.
There is a lot to think about and organise ie
How many miles you will do per day,
Places to stay,
Gear to carry,
Keeping healthy,
Finance,
Visas......etc
What sort of visa will you get for Saudi and where, because as far as I know Saudis don't issue tourist visas.....only Haj or Omra visas.

Your trip sounds interesting, but it is almost certainly impossible.

Unless you have an invitation from a private citizen in Saudi Arabia, your only hope to enter is a Hajj / Umrah visa. These are only issued through authorities in your country, and I believe you have to travel in a group, and enter by air. There is no tourist visa.

Your first question should be to the Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Islamabad; they will tell you whether you can enter by land from Kuwait on a Hajj / Umrah visa. The answer will almost certainly be no.

In addition to this, Iraq is also not an easy country. As a westerner, there is no way to get an Iraq visa unless one has an official or business invitation. I suspect the situation will be the same as a citizen of Pakistan. Again, approach the Iraqi Embassy in Islamabad.

As for Iran, you should not have too much trouble getting an Iranian visa, but you need to ask these questions to the authorities who make the decisions; the Iranian Embassy in Islamabad or the consulates in Karachi / Lahore / Peshawar / Quetta.

Maybe time to change your route plan...

Hajj will roughly fall between September 20 and September 25 this year.
If you start walking now, then you will approx. make it there in 4-5 months and that is according to the distance and walking pace of 30 km per day. That is exactly Hajj time and you will look like you want to sneak in for Hajj in an unregulated manner.
Now, Saudis are very restrict about Hajj and your best option is to get a Hajj visa and somehow convince the Saudi consul about your travel plans. Good luck with that.
Iran, Iraq, (you may need to enter Kuwait) visas might be less challenging.
