Hot along the US/Mexico border

It has been warming up quite a bit the last few days, with the temps expected to stay warm for a while here. Anyone planning to cross into or out of Mexico from/to the US, be aware of the temps (approached 95 F today).

That was true 3 weeks ago in Texas also :Beach:, but today you'd better have some pretty heavy duty clothing with you. It actually snowed in central Texas yesterday:freezing:.

I noticed most of the AZ temps today range from the 50s to the 70s.

Ain't April wonderful!

Yes, April is interesting here. It was extremely windy last night, causing several accidents (actually, it was the sand affecting visibility), and today is cooler. No snow, however!

Its hot again here in Yuma, AZ for those planning to cross at Algondones or San Luis into/out of Mexico. Its hot eastward, though I am not sure how far east, but anywhere in AZ the temps are rising!

HOT in Nor Cal today....85 to 90ยบ F. Should stay like this for a week or more.
Summer is here!

Using the advice the Mexican government gives to its citizens taking a long walk through the harsh deserts into the US--bring and drink alot of water here.

Sounds like its more brutal in Nor Cal with all of that humidity to go along with the temps!

Having lived in Central America I know what humidity is!:eek3:

"The coldest winter I ever spent was a summer in San Francisco."
You knew someone would say that.

It rained this afternoon here in Puerto Escondido and looks like more heading into Central America on Friday.
