Motorcycle tool kit/first aid kit tubes

Motorcycle tool kit/first aid kit tubes - these were being sold on several of the travel/bike forums some time ago.
They are actually the tubes for holding the instruction manuals on tractors but approc 350mm long with a screw top that has a seal. Nice bit of kit for keep tools, first aid kit, etc, why?
