KTM 690 Enduro 2009 - 2013 Auto Clutch (Rekluse Type Clutch)
 

This is an auto clutch made by EFM in the US, as far as I'm aware this is the only auto clutch for a KTM 690 Enduro / SMC in Europe. The way you ride the bike is that you do not use your clutch lever and the select the gears as normal.

You can set off in 1st, 2nd or 3rd gear, so on a hill start you get instant traction with no wheel spinning, in fact the grip is fantastic, especially in mud as you not need to feather the clutch. Also if your doing constant gear changes all day it makes life so much easier for your left hand! On slow technical work it's great as you can just rev as you need to with out messing about with the clutch.

The kit comprises of a modified KTM clutch unit, modified clutch cover with stainless steel outer cover, clutch cover gasket/spacer and adjustment spacers. This kit takes about 60 - 90 minutes to fit, so all you need to do is remove clutch cover, remove clutch unit, swap over clutch plates into modified clutch basket, fit modified clutch, fit new cover. Open clutch cylinder bleed nipple, take off clutch cylinder cover, depress lever once, close nipple, refit cylinder cover.

The EFM clutch unit has a full life warranty. It will fit all KTM 690 Enduro / SMC from 2009 - 2013

This was only on my 690 for 4 months / 1500 miles, I have now sold the 690.
