Tajikistan to India on bike

My Dear all,
This is my first post here as I got registered today only. I am from India.
We are 3 friends with Royal Enfield TB 350, planning to go for Tajikistan to China via Pamir and then continuing over taklamakan, Mount kailash, Lhasa. And end up to Kolkata ( India) via Kathmandu.
We are planning to go by 2018 May.
I am much worried about riding through Chaina. It will be highly benificial to me if you please help in getting the following information.
1. The rough cost of the entire trip.
2. In chains hoiw to get the permit,
3. Either RE-TB350 is ok for the trip or not,
4. We have doine Khardungl Pass, Chang La Pass on 2015. How worst it compare too that trip.
5. Any specific difficulties for Indian citizen in China or Tajikistan...

Anxiously waiting for your feedback.

Regards
Tanmoy

i think the only nepal to china border crossing is closed from the 2015 earthquake.

The only way from india to china then, is through Pakistan or Burma afaik

mount Kailash looks very interesting, maybe an indian citizen has a good chance of getting there !

Hi Tanmay, It's going to be really expensive close to 3000$ for everything with guides and fuel and other stuff. You need to have close to 6 people and it has to be part of a tour package under guided tours if you have to ride in China. I'm currently entering Tajikistan on my Himalayan. I flew my bike into Tashkent because of this ordeal, I decided to enter EU with the same cost as riding through China.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
Abi
