Somewhere to stay in Leh, Kashmir, India

If your looking for somewhere to stay whilst traveling through the Ladakh Ranges in Northern India I can recommend the Hotel Shangri-La in Leh. It may not be the cheapest place in Leh but it's nice, clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Raj Thakur, the marketing director, speaks good english and so do a lot of the staff. They will do their best to make your stay a pleasant one. The hotel has a restaurant which serves good food. There is also off street safe parking for vehicles.:thumbup1:
