Ship motorcycles in Iceland
 
Hi, I'm Steve From Montreal Qc Canada,

I sent an email to Icelandair about motorcycle cargo shipping, They told me, that we can not ship motorcycles anymore form JFK airport, i need to check by my self how to ship my motorcycle..

my question is. form Montréal or Toronto, do you know a company who can ship a motorcycle to Iceland.

They have a ship sailing from Halifax.

There used to be ferry service from Iceland to the Faroe Islands, to the Orkneys, to the Shetlands then to mainland Scotland. I used it years ago, very cool route. Presumably you can still do this in reverse.

Then you are left with the simple task of getting your bike from Canada to the UK. Should be doable if you have the time and inclination.

"used to be" is correct. The only passenger ferry connection left nowadays is from Hirtshals in Denmark to Reykjavik with smyril lines.
