Hello fellow Londoners. *

Just to let you all know about an event this Saturday which might appeal organised by Will Wilkins, author, overlander and one half of KateandWill on the HUBB. *

What? Round The World In A Day.
Where? Muff Café, 4 Roach Rd, Hackney E3 2PA
When? Saturday 8th March from 10am
Why? To raise some money for London Air Ambulance *

Round The World? In A Day? How? *
Open up an A to Z and on any page you'll find a road, a street, a place or a square named after somewhere in the world, all you have to do is ride there. *

It really is that simple, ride your bike to the Muff Café, have a good cup of something and check out the bikes, then grab your A-Z and saddle up for a round the world ride without leaving London. We'd love to say more but that would spoil the surprise. *

Then from 5pm the entertainment continues. First Will and Kate (no not the royals the other Will and Kate) tell us about their ride from Wollongong to Woolwich. 5 months on the road heading home to London *

And from 6pm * Nathan Millward takes us on his Long Ride Home, Australia to Great Britain on Dorothy the 110cc Australian postie bike. *

Come for the ride. Come for the presentations. Come for the craic and the Muff Custom bikes, what else is there to do on a Saturday in March in London? *

And remember riding London's roads is perfect practise for the traffic of Calcutta or the potholes of Kazakhstan. And you don't even need a carnet. * * * * * * * *

What's parking like at Muff?

If you're on a bike there's dedicated off street parking, you just ride in through the arch and find a spot.
