I was wandering about today seeking a fertile location to launch my new business and at 61 years young , I hope my last one. I saw a couple of nice young gentlemen in CopperHill, Tennessee this afternoon. Both on ADV style bikes. I have been in the saddle since the mid 70's. Having ridden a lot of different bikes, I appreciate anyone that rides. I've yielded to my aging frame and now ride a Victory Vision. Triumph Rocket 3 before that. I know what it's like to be out riding, to get hungry and have to either see what's on board, or head for the nearest fast food emporium and leave the fun behind. I'll be starting up a food truck, I'm a pretty good cook they say. It will be sliders of all sorts, good solid fresh cooked food for motorcyclists by a motorcyclist. I'll even offer up a foil wrapped slider to tuck into your gear for later and you can tuck it in near the exhaust manifold to have a hot snack later. I admire your adventurous spirit. The two fine young men today said that if I posted my GPS coordinates that y'all would find me. Is this a true statement ? My target area will be Eastern Tennessee from the Cherohala to the Ocoee. Hope to see all of you some day.
