A diesel bike for the truly adventurous

This splendid machine is up for sale on UK Ebay, I was wondering if it would make a good overland machine.

From the auction...

(Please note, all of the above is total b*ll*cks, apart from the bit about it actually running)

I felt sure that you were going to highlight this diesel bike that is also for sale via ebay, with shipping included to just about anywhere in Europe.

From their ebay feedback, this seems to be an enterprising Indian business.

Not sure what feedback your reading? but 12 negatives in 12 months & an 85% feedback score says steer well clear of this guy.

Pricepart motorcycles in the UK are a safer bet.

Love the eBay project though, its exactly the sort of thing I'd buy to torment myself left to my own devices. I have a deal with the wife though, I don't buy hard to insure half finished bikes anymore and she let's me go ride the working one!

Mezo.

I read the same feedback, in an amount of detail, and it seems OK for buying scooters from the sub-continent with "a hint of rolling the dice" to keep things interesting.

Of course, the UK has a long history of trade with India.
Caveat Emptor applies everywhere though.
Now way :offtopic:

I haven't heard of them, up to now.
