Suggestions for a ultra light headlight

Hi guys
A bit of a project going on. Ill post details of that later. But one of the things i am playing with is the new LED headlight technology, to replace my normal h4 lights

but it occurred to me,
LEDs produce no heat (okay they do but in real headlight terms terms practically none).
so this means i dont need to use a glass headlight assembly, but could get a way with a nice hard to break plastic one...
This is where i came unstuck.. i cant find any round normal mc ultralight weight one,, only glass and crome for harleys...
so any one know of one????c?

thanks in advance
Xander

Here's something I did recently to my XR400 with a pair of Vision-X Solstice LED lamps - one for low beam (flood), and one for high(spot).

They only draw 10w each so you can run them together for a very decent beam spread.

A bit more info here on the HUBB: http://www.horizonsunlimited.com/hub...1-2#post523032

and a more detailed build report here: XR400R Budget Baja build - for Baja Rally 2016 | Adventure Rider

Hope that helps...
