XF650 rear wheel on a dr650.
 
Hi All,
Does anyone know of the compatibility of an xf650 rear wheel on a dr650.
A few people have mentioned them as Ive buggered my hub when the wheel bearings disintegrated on the autobahn. Not many 2000s model Drs in europe but plenty of xf's by the looks.
Any idea if they work straight up?

Yes, XF parts are easier to get in Europe.

I am not 100 % sure if the wheel fits straight in. As far as I know, the rim is a bit wider, but that should fit into the swingarm with a 130/80/17 tyre. Check if the axle is the same diameter, if yes thats the case it should fit straight in.

I have used some XF engine parts on my DR650SE engine rebuild.
