One last thing i think my oil pumping is pump different amounts out of the outlets so which is for bearings and which is spose to go into the barrel???? Is it even spose to be pumping at different amounts??

Yes, they are supposed to pump different amounts, and the one pumping more needs to go to the back of the piston. The way that the tubes naturally fall and the lengths and angle of the bends will tell you which way they have been in the past (but of course someone may have had them the wrong way before!). Also remember that Wisco pistons in the USA still have oversizes available right up to 2mm (taking capacity up to about 195cc) so you can rebore up to 4 times. Plus their piston kits are cheaper than Suzuki parts. Great to see you are taking on this project. I'm sure you are learning heaps.

hey the bike was running awesome. People have been saying how reliable the engine in the TS's are but how are the frames because i have snapped mine under the fuel tank http://www.horizonsunlimited.com/ubb/frown.gif Has anyone else cracked theirs b4. Lucky i have another frame, it is an older one and slightly different but i can still put EVERYTHING on it. I have to change everything from the swingarm to the electrics

I rode mine VERY hard in ISDT Qualifiers enduros etc and never broke one, or heard of it.

USUALLY the reason frames break is because the suspension is sacked out and bottoming hard all the time, which of course overstresses the frame and OF COURSE it breaks. (This is a favorite place to break for ALL brands when the suspension is bad.)

Of course it's possible it's as Nigel says "You must really be riding the nuts off it" http://www.horizonsunlimited.com/ubb/smile.gif

But I suspect we're back to where we were with the engine: make sure it's RIGHT, and you won't have any trouble. This time it's make sure the suspension is set up right. It should only bottom VERY occasionally at either end, maybe once or twice in a hard day.

Be thankful they didn't change much and the other frame is the same! Have fun, and take your time and do it right - check everything, use the right bolts, replace critical bolts with good ones, tighten everything carefully, make sure the electrical grounds and connections are clean and bright, use loctite on critical stuff, and generally do a good job, and it will serve you well.

TS185 Fuel tanks
 

Hello there! Does anyone know what other fuel tanks fit on a TS185. Original fuel tanks are very hard to find. Is there a generic motorcycle tank that would work? Thanks!
