West coast - South to North: visas?
 

There is a lot of info here about well known visa issues for West Africa heading South, but little going North. Any recent experience with visas heading from SA/Namibia up through Angola/DRC/Nigeria? Are any of these obtainable along the way (except Angola which can be arranged in SA)?
