Tanzania Kenya Border
 

Has anyone tried crossing the border crossing at the Sand River, between the Keekorok Lodge in Kenya’s Masai Mara and the Lobo Lodge in Tanzania’s Serengeti?

I know there have been issues with it, but was wondering if there's any movement with it in recent years. Maybe a few lucky individuals.

I guess last fuel in that direction would be the Ngorongoro area which makes it a well past my fuel range round trip.
