SIM card
 

Possibly a bit of an odd question

I'm flying into Ouaga shortly & haven't been there for almost 2 years. Previously you could get a SIM card without registering it.

Anyone been there recently (3 months or so) & knows the current procedure? I land at midnight & need to be heading east the next morning but need to make calls en route. So ideally would like to buy one at the airport

I'm staying behind the Cathedral, so I'd need a MTN/Orange etc shop nearby if I have to buy & register a SIM card, any ideas on where the nearest one is would be very much appreciated.
