senegal visa - coming from guinea
 

Hi all,
I'm new to the forum and just registered, as I didn't find anything in the search function concerning my visa issue.

We're two germans planing a trip from conakry to dakar, via gambia, but leaving out guinea-bisseau. the visa for guinea is fine, but now we're running into problems getting the visa for senegal (flights already booked). since personal pick-up at berlin is required (fingerprints..), we're looking for oppurtunities, getting the visa for senegal in guinea somehow :confused1:

does anyone have experience with this? getting the visa in directly in conakry or at the border to senegal? how long does the procedure take?

I think you can just go to the embassy of Senegal in Conakry and get it sorted, but beware Conakry is a very busy city, make sure you have gps with open street maps on it and know where the embassy is.

we've decided now to go also through guinea-bissau, since it's most probable to get the visa at the border with the help of payment confirmation we will receive from the embassy in berlin.
