Senegal from Mali (passavant)
 

Just crossed into Senegal from Kinieba, Mali with a 15 year old Land Rover, after passing the river (water knee deep in February), friendly police stamped passports, no fees asked. Passavant for 2500 FCFA upon entering Kedougou for 8 days. In Zinghenchor we just arranged a 15days extension (1 month possible) for a handshake. Senegalese are nice in the South!
