Obtaining a Cameroon residency card for DRC entry
 

Does anyone know if it's possible to get a residency card for Cameroon? I'm worried about the crossing into DRC with a visa obtained in yaounde. I've read that even at Luozi they're starting to take issue with visas not issued in home country (see around Africa with a surfboard blog on this forum). I know you can get a residency card for Togo without issues, and I'm hoping it's the same for Cameroon.
