Mozambique: The inland area between Limpop and Save rivers?
 

Do anyone know how the inland roads that goes north-south in south western Mozambique is to cycle on in the beginning of the rainy season (like now)? (I dont want to follow the paved coastal road) Is it better to follow Limpopo river and then turn off at the western side of Parque Nacional de Banhine , or turn off earlier and cycle on the parks eastern side? The area I want information about lies between the Limpopo and Save Rivers.
I love the bush and wildlife and hate plantations...

I also wonder which of the border crossings into Zimbabwe that is open? According to my michelin map several of them are closed, but I have a feeling my map is old..
