Minimal driving age for Mauritania, Senegal and Mali?

Hi, I am 20 years old and I plan to go with my car from Spain through Morocco, Mauritania and Senegal to Mali.
Today, when I was googling, I found several (reliable) web sites that said, that minimal driving age for Burkina Faso and Niger (and also Aruba) is 23years!...with a life expectancy of about 45 for the first two!
It also said that in Ethiopia it was 14.
Do you have some additional information about these regulations. I don't want to arrive at the border and be said "you are a minor, you should come with your parents to drive through?!"

Pretty much all of west africa is 18, if you are in a car, at least the ones you mentioned are 18.

Dont worry, the cops will find something else wrong and screw you for that.
