mali visa
 

can any one out there help me.i have seen two references about picking up
visa for mali on the way through morocco ,in rabat, is this so ,if correct
where can i find the address.
i have searched every where on the net,but can find on reference to mali
in morocco.
to get one for the uk, i need to send abroad,and it is prohibitively expensive.
any help would be most welcome.
