Carnet de Passage in Niger, Chad, Cameroon, Congo and Gabon

Hi all,
I know that there is a list of countries on the forum that require Carnet de Passage, but I've heard different opinions on this topic.
Could you tell me from your experience which countries you are sure require or not the paper:

Niger
Chad
Cameroon
Congo
Gabon
