Border closures Senegal-Bissau? use Pirada Bissau (not Ziguinchor)?
 

on WikiTravel for Guinea Bissau it says to nnot use Zigi border, but go further east to use Pirada

Any update??
are u crossing at the usual border or at Pirada?
and how about sept-place vehicles, are they going to Pirada?

Our groups crossed on the main border between Bissau and Zig last month with no dramas at all.

PS Under the 'General Considerations' section it refers to the elections of April-May 2014! I think that hints at how often this advice is reviewed and updated to reflect the situation on the ground.
