2x BMW Shipping Crates Required - URGENT - CAIRO
 

Hi All,

My friend and I have reached our destination of Cairo after having traveled over 34000km from South Africa to Egypt.

We need help in tracking down 2 used BMW Shipping crates (the ones BMW uses for new bikes when they come from the factory).

Currently in Cairo in Islamic Cairo.

We are booked to fly out ourselves on the 6th January.

Congratulations on making the run.

I do not think you will be able to find the factory crates. When I bought my '11 GSA I asked for the crate and was shown a pile of what use to be crates. they are cardboard and wood that is ripped up when un-crated. BMW does not ship, (at least to USA), on metal pallets like HD and some others do. Check with who you are shipping with, if they do not have facilities to crate they will know where to have it done.
