Asked doc about yellow fever jab for travelling to gambia and back and she said yes if you want it, it will be £40 (inc. certificate).
No info wether I need it or not so now it's requirements seem more financial and political than medical I wonder if anyone out there can give me some better advice

If all been done before some where then siento and just post me in right direction
