Helmet and stitches
 

Riding all the remote and 'dangereous' places and then i hurt myself on a laundry fence at home. :)

So, how well do perform a head with 5 stitches on the upper part of the head with a helmet?
How long should i mind riding?

Beware fences
 

Stay away from dangerous fences. My medical advisors say wait till the stitches are taken out. As a motorcyclist I would make a little donut of foam around the injury so that the helmet doesn't rub the stitches and then ride. Of course I once put a side car on my bike so I could ride with a broken leg and arm.
