Hi there - I'm looking at flying my KTM640 adventure from UK to Caracus in sept 2010 and shipping it home from Buenos Aires 8 weeks later. It looks as if I don't need visas or Carnets which is great, but does anyone have any useful advise on transporting bike, insurance, routes, places not to miss, places to stay, camping etc. It looks as if I'll meet all sorts of weather - it's hard to figure out dry and rainy seasons... All advice and suggestions gratefully recieved.
