urgent, help in quito.
 

a friend is in need of help with a problem in quito.
its a long story, but in a nutshell, he's now back in the uk, but his bike is still in quito, it was supposed to have been shipped back to the uk.
however it never left and he's now getting stung for customs charges.
so can anybody help.
