Eric, call 0387 421 0807, dunlop Salta next door to Benavides Motos, they have tyres, dont be fussy about size,bar diameter

1 google maps, 1 call problem solved

I recently (in November)bought new tires in Salta (next to KTM shop as mentioned above) and in La Paz. These were tires for a big KTM. Should be much easier for smaller bikes

Very true Chris and a bit sad.
It is comforting to know that many people appreciate a stranger reaching out in this electron soup to provide support/info etc.
