Transferring foreign owner ship in Buenos Aires
 

Hi i am looking at buying a foreign registered bike in B.A. from people advertising in the classifieds on this forum from Jan 1 2013 on wards. I have been reading though various posts and am still a little confused as to how to transfer the paperwork/ registration/ import papers with restrictive time frames. What is the easiest way to buy a used bike from a foreigner and be able to cross borders with it?
