Tires wanted in La-Paz or Cusco

I Ride Super Tenere with 90/90-21¨ (BRIDGESTONE TW-47) and 140/80-17¨ (PIRELLI MT 60) which are realy in bad condition. I´m looking for on/off road tires, like the one I have or something equivilent, in La-Paz, unfortunatly with no sucses at the moment. Would be happy to get info that will help me find the tires in La-Paz OR Dillers capeable shipping it to me from Cochabamba, Santa-Cruz… in Bolivia or Cusco& Lima in Peru. Cheers, Roni |

Av Costanera No 29 (South La Paz) I didn`t see them there, you may have to go knobbies Cusco I bought MT21 knobbies at the Honda dealer. No longer have card but ask at the Cusco Moto Tours for directions. |
Go to distrito San Pedro in La Paz, where all the car dealers are, there are also 2 or 3 motorbike dealers as well!
I am sure they can order you a tire from Sucre, takes about 3 days to get it! Good Luck Appie! |
You also could use a 120-90-17, that one is easy to find and a lot cheaper!
I use that one on my BMW F650GS and i saw an Italian guy who is living in Brasil using it as well on his Super Tenere! Would be a good option! If you see an Yamaha XT in the country you know you can get that tire for sure! |
