The easiest and cheapest for buying/selling
 

hi, I am very keen to see all of south america. I dont realy mind where I start or finish!
can anyone tell me which country is the easiest and/or the cheapest to buy a bike and also the best place to sell.
Infact can anyone list ALL the countries in order of ease of where it is possible to buy and sell !

From my resurch so far, chile seems to rank quite high but if I buy there can I then sell in another country?
