Taking a break near Mendoza, Argentina
 

Hi,

Sarah and I took a 2 week break from the road in San Rafael, Mendoza on the fruit farm of a couple of ex-overland bikers. We had a brilliant time, and only found out the details almost by accident. I thought it should be mentioned in the South America section.

We wrote up a blog post on it, and thought anyone thinking of going there might like to get a taste of what when on.

We spent a long time listening to others stories, and reading blogs and web sites, and going to your most excellent meeting! And I always ended up with a feeling of excitement, envy, jealousy, longing and more than just a bit inspired to do something ourselves. I guess this is why we write up some of the small stuff like rodeos and stuff, it gives a glimpse into the real stuff along the road.

But if we're making you Jealous, we must be doing something right :-)
