storing a bike in bolivia or Argentina
 

hi in one mounth i have to go back to Denmark to work over the sommer where is the best place to leave the bike? i am planing to go back in the end of this year maby before if i got the money.
i have a frind in La paz where i may can laeve the bike but how long do i get in temporary import? and can i leave the cuntry whitout the bike? another plan is to leave it in north Argentina i think i get 9 mounth of import there

I think it's 3 months in Bolivia, but I'm sure you could bribe your way out of the country quite easily. In Argentina I got 8 months. You could store it at Dakar Motos in Buenos Aires, although it may be worth checking if there is space. When I was there it was packed with bikes.
Leaving without the bike shouldn't be a problem if they don't put anything in the passport (which I have never seen).
