Selling Motorcycle in Venezuela Anyone Done it?
 

I have been searching this forum and ADV as well and I have found some instances of people leaving while still stamped in here and a vague reference to someone having sold one in Venezuela on ADV

So my question is has anyone actually sold a bike in Venezuela and lived to tell the tale?

I'm assume I could leave the country with a one way ticket, claiming that I would be back within the 90day period if they asked. But I wonder if they would hit me with a fine if I came back. I remember being threatened with a 1,500$ fine in el salvador for 'illegal vehicle importation'

And just for the record Venezuela does stamp your passport with the full page bike import thing.
