Selling foreign registered motorcycle in Peru
 

Hey there everyone, I'm currently traveling with my 2018 yamaha xtz registered in Colombia. I'm in Peru now and wanting to finish my trip. I'm a bit confused on the specifics of selling my motorcycle here. Does anyone have any experience selling their bike in Peru that could run me down on the basics. From my understanding I would have to import the vehicle and pay any taxes that would come along with that. What if I was to sell it to a foreigner planning on leaving Peru? I'm wondering if it might be worth it to just ride the 4000 KM back to colombia and sell it there.
