Question - Buying/Selling in Uruguay ok??
 

I`m trying to buy a bike on the East coast of South America. First choice was Argentina but in hopes of avoiding Aduana issues and problems with buying and selling in Argentina, I`m thinking about taking transaction to Uruguay. Can someone tell me if there are any associated problems with foreigners buying and selling in Uruguay similar to the ones in Argentina?
