Propane refills in Uyuni????
 

I know things change by the minute, but can anyone confirm that foreign propane gas bottles can still be refilled in Uyuni at the YPGB gas plant.

Not something I'd every recommend for travel in foreign countries, but I'm stuck with an ALL-Propane rig - fridge, generator, cooktop-oven, HWS and furnace - and it isn't always easy to find places to refill bottles and I'm getting low after having no luck finding anywhere in Sucre despite it being obvious that there are refill plants nearby.

Irony is that back home I have a perfectly good all-diesel and electric rig that I built specifically for the S American trip and decided at the last minute to buy something already here instead. Pity.
